One balance pays for AI work, video processing, and print exports beyond your plan’s monthly allowance. Growth includes 6,000 credits a month and Scale 24,000. On Pay as you go you pay $0.025 a credit, and you can top up on any plan.

AI Agent messages are billed by the tokens and tool calls they use. The first message in a conversation costs the most, up to about 7 credits. Follow-ups usually cost 1 to 2. Previews of AI edits are charged at reduced rates.

Every video you upload is processed into the formats you choose: web-ready MP4s, adaptive streaming and a scrubbable storyboard. It’s paid for with the same credits as everything else in FileSpin, per minute of source video and metered to the second, so a 7-second clip costs a fraction of a minute, rounded up to the nearest whole credit per upload.

Growth includes 6,000 credits a month and Scale 24,000, and top-ups are $25 per 1,000 credits. Storing and delivering your videos counts toward storage and CDN delivery, like any other file. Enterprise plans keep committed-volume video pricing.

On Growth and Scale, processing continues beyond your included credits at the published overage rate, unless you reach a spending limit. If processing pauses, add credit or adjust your limit, then retry the job. Videos already processing always finish.
